Are you having trouble sleeping?

Finally you are lying under the warm blanket, the light is turned off, now it could slowly set in, sleep. But it happens: nothing. Or rather no restful sleep, and that for hours. Suddenly wide awake again, you go through things inside that you haven’t managed again or have been postponing for months, all the worries that you carry around with you until you eventually drift away completely exhausted for a while. Others fall asleep without any problems, but then cannot sleep through the night and wake up much too early. What they all have in common: At some point the train has left for a good night’s sleep, and you already know before sunrise that you will be going through the next day completely on your bike.
