Punjab CM Charanjit Singh Channi, who called the people of UP-Bihar ‘Bhaiya’ in front of Priyanka Gandhi, has come on the backfoot. When Prime Minister Narendra Modi surrounded the Congress on this issue in the Abohar rally, CM Channi came on social media and clarified his statement.
