Cheers to the “suburban women”: a total of 2.4 million viewers for the fifth season

The sinful ladies and their gentlemen were once again successful with the younger audience: With a market share of 37 percent, the first of the ten episodes of the fifth season achieved an all-time high among the under 30s. A record since 2015 (season one) was achieved in this target group with an average market share of 27 percent. For 12- to 49-year-olds, the almost 500 “Vorstadtweiber” TV minutes reach up to 33 and an average of 26 percent – which is also an increase compared to the previous season.

According to the online video measurement (AGTT / GfK TELETEST Census), the live streams and video-on-demand offers of the current season (use up to and including yesterday evening) in Austria achieved a total of 485,700 net (related uses) and 538,400 gross views (Video starts). In total, the total usage volume so far has been around 16 million minutes. The season achieved an average reach of around 35,000 per episode (live and on demand, without final episodes). The final episode of the current season can be called up as video-on-demand on the video platform ORF-TVthek (http://TVthek.ORF.at) for seven days after it has been broadcast on TV.
