Destroy belly fat: 6 solutions

FOR YOU Anyone who has read my articles has probably suspected that I have been struggling with a weight problem. And I am winning the battle with adequate and accurate information, the desire for general good health, and the dogged determination to do something about it. Weight is the external problem and one aspect of that is BELLY FAT. If you looked at me from the belly up or from the belly down, you probably wouldn’t think I was fat. However, all my fat seems to be concentrated around my belly. I’ve gone from a refreshingly comfortable 308 to a refreshingly comfortable 278, a loss of thirty pounds over the past five months. My belly is smaller but it is still a problem and I will continue to strive for a healthy physique.

My biggest weight loss successes come from the following six solutions:

1. working out – I have found that exercising early in the morning is the most effective. I like to take a ten to twenty minute walk at least every other morning. Three or four times a week, I also do a five-minute workout for my arms with a ten-pound resistance loop band. This is the best time to exercise. On an empty stomach after an overnight fast, you burn three times more calories than after breaking your fast. two. Water – I begin to enjoy the exclusive consumption of water. From time to time I drink fruit juice, but I have reduced it to those two liquids. The best thing you can do is drink a large glass of water before each meal. For my weight, I now need to drink a total of 140 ounces of water per day, that’s half my body weight in ounces.

3. fiber – This helps cleanse the system and reduce sugar and fats that go straight to the stomach. Whole grains, lentils, seeds, nuts, chickpeas, fruits, cauliflower, broccoli, and cabbage are excellent sources of fiber.

Four. fats – If you eat the right fats you lose fat. That sounds good? But it is true. The correct fats are omega-3 and -6 fatty acids found in nuts and seeds, avocados, and olives. And never eat hydrogenated fats like those found in margarine or vegetable shortening.

5. protein – Consume lean proteins such as poultry and skinless fish. Those help speed up your metabolism and burn belly fat. Also, sometimes as a protein bar for lunch.

6. enzymes – They break down food so it doesn’t stay in your system and turn into belly fat. The best source: raw vegetables. But if necessary, just blanch or steam them for a few minutes.

If you have the willpower to follow these solutions, you will also lose belly fat.
