Step three – Perform the initial thickening exercise. What you are doing here are the basic introductory Jelqing routines.

By doing this exercise, you will keep your OK sign from the previous lengthening workout. Except this time you are going to put the circle at the BASE of your penis.

Starting from the base of your penis, move your hand gently but firmly towards the head of your penis, and then release your grip just before you reach the head. Repeat with the opposite hand and then do 20 reps with both hands in a rhythmic motion.

Step four – Finish with 20 contractions of the PC muscle. The PC muscle is a small muscle between the anus and the testicles. Have you ever tried to move your penis without using your hands? That weird feeling muscle that makes that happen is the PC muscle.

Now, to do the contractions, all you need to do is contract this muscle in a “pulsing” rhythm 20 times for 20 seconds. Rest for 20 seconds and then repeat the series 3 times.
