ORF-Radios: Numerous European radio stations will play “You’ll Never Walk Alone” on March 19 at 8:45 am

Vienna (OTS) – Last year, on the initiative of the Dutch public service broadcaster, 180 European radio stations simultaneously played the song “You’ll Never Walk Alone” by Gerry and the Pacemakers. Under the motto “Let’s go Europe, you’ll never walk alone”, the Belgian public broadcaster is calling on tomorrow, Friday (19 March), to unite people with the power of music. At 8:45 am, “You’ll Never Walk Alone” will sound again across Europe – also on Ö1, Ö3, FM4 and the ORF regional radio stations.

The Belgian radio presenter Sven Pichal from Radio 2 on this year’s initiative: “The Corona measures continue to weigh heavily on us all. So this feels like the perfect time to join hands again and unite people with the power of music. Let’s take some time to think about the difficult, but also the encouraging and inspiring moments of the past year. ”So many European radio stations will play“ You’ll Never Walk Alone ”tomorrow at 8.45am – from Ö1, Ö3, FM4 and the ORF regional radios in Austria via stations in Belgium, Germany, Cyprus, the Netherlands, Romania or Portugal to radios in Spain, Lithuania and numerous other countries.
