Article ideas for June
It’s hot outside (depending on where you live), and I bet you’d rather hang out by the pool than struggle with article ideas, right? Well, if you need some article suggestions for June, I think I’ve got a few to get you moving in the right direction. These are all article ideas based on holidays or observations associated with the month of June:
Dairy products month
Basically, I could write about anything dairy-related, like cheeses from around the world, organic milk, probiotic yogurt, etc.
Great month outdoors
This is great because you could write about anything that you love to do, that your company supports or promotes, etc. outdoor. For example, the one thing I LOVE to do outdoors is gardening. I’ve gotten the bug ever since I moved into my big colonial house, and I’m sure I could find a way to link gardening with writing or one of my other niches that I write in. Links are really quite easy if you don’t think about them too much.
Finally, your business can be an outdoor one, such as selling camping supplies, pool accessories, or bicycles. So he writes all about those activities and does a promotion during the month of June.

Obviously, you can write all about the benefits of adopting kittens and cats. Pet adoption is ideal for families, the elderly and people suffering from depression.

Driving safety is a hot topic right now. Especially with the rise in accidents involving people texting while driving or using their cell phones. You can write many articles with driving safety tips etc.

It used to be quite popular years ago, but now it’s making a comeback. Both city dwellers and suburbanites are planting apple trees, pear trees, peach trees, blueberry bushes, and building vegetable gardens in even the smallest backyards. You can write hundreds of advice articles, how-to articles, as well as articles on the benefits of eating fresh fruits and vegetables.
National Iced tea month
Hey, I love a good southern sweet tea. What about sun tea? What about all the new flavored iced teas now? Peach. Green Tea. Raspberry. Can you share some recipes in your articles?

Roses are the official flower of June and of course I love them because I have a birthday in June 🙂 So I would love to see lots of articles on the best roses to plant based on where you live (hardiness zones), how to care for roses, purify roses, prepare rosebushes for winter, etc.
National Safety Month
You can’t quote me on this, but I was listening to a news program that said that most bodily injuries and accidents happen in the home. So isn’t that the perfect stat for writing dozens of articles on home safety: bathtubs, showers, electrical repairs, gardening, roofing, cooking, etc? Not to mention, you could write articles on security as it relates to your business.
National Tennis month
This is tennis season, and it’s a great sport for kids and adults to keep fit. You can write about tennis fashion, tennis rackets, tennis lessons, tennis camps, national tennis programs, tennis injuries, and more.
Potty Training Awareness Month
Who knew there was a potty training awareness month? But you know what, maybe there should be, because potty training is hard! I have 3 children and it was not a walk in the park. So let’s give the word to all the moms and dads struggling with potty training. Especially when you want to take your child to a preschool and they request that your child be potty trained already! That’s why a lot of great potty training advice articles would benefit parents. This is also a great topic to monetize as there are tons of potty training videos, potties, potty training books, etc. Available through Amazon or ClickBank.
Turkey month of lovers
Many families have stopped cooking red meats like ground beef and pork and instead use turkey (which is leaner) in their favorite recipes. This is a great opportunity for recipe articles, types of turkey cuts, etc. Or you could go in another direction and write about raising turkeys. Books or poems with turkeys. Thanksgiving and turkeys.
zoo Y Aquarium month
Write about new animals or exhibits at your local zoo. Write about ways you can rent or use the zoo in your area so it’s not a visit. For example, I once went to a wedding organized in the gardens of a zoo. It was beautiful and a bit out of season so there was no smell 🙂 Aquariums are a great affiliate topic. People who own fish and aquariums spend a lot of money on tanks, filters, fish, fish food, and other accessories associated with maintaining aquariums.
