VPX’s NO Shotgun and NO Synthesize Stack Review – Pre and Post Workout Formulas

If there’s one bodybuilding supplement category that I’m a huge fan of, it’s pre-workout and post-workout supplements. The pre-workout and post-workout times are crucial times to get the right nutrients and supplements into your system. You need fuel and energy to sustain you throughout your workout, and you need the right items to rebuild and begin the recovery process after your workout. Formulated products are a quick and convenient way to do this.

I have tried many different supplements in my life, including various before and after formulas. Since post-workout supplements aren’t supposed to provide you with any stimulating effects, it’s hard to know whether or not the product actually works. The important factor here is making sure you are getting the essential supplements your body needs to begin to repair and recover after a strenuous workout. Some of the essential elements are creatine, glutamine, and branched chain amino acids that NO Shotgun and NO Synthesize contain. However, the pre-workout formulas are designed to give you an energy boost. Since my weight routine begins at 5 am every morning, pre-workout formulas are extremely important in my supplement program. What I have noticed with many pre-workout formulas is that the effects are generally greater the first few times but diminish after that, or you have to megasize the product, taking two or three servings. This may be fine, but it can be expensive. Both NO Shotgun and NO Synthesize recommend just one serving, which is another feature that drew me into trying them.

To date, the most effective products I have taken before and after training are NO Shotgun and NO Synthesize from VPX. They are essentially the same product, with the exception that NO Shotgun, which is the pre-workout formula, contains VPX’s Red Line blend consisting of stimulants. There are a ton of ingredients in these products, but like I said, some of the essential elements I’m looking for are creatine, glutamine, and branched chain amino acids.

Before I started taking both products, I first tried NO Synthesize alone, taking a half serving with a couple of caffeine pills before training, then a full serving after training. My muscles felt fuller, but mostly I was gaining strength while gradually losing fat at the same time. Once I started using the NO shotgun, I noticed not only increased energy, but also sustained energy throughout my workout, as well as increased strength and fat loss. Of course, my bench press didn’t gain 100 pounds that week or anything outrageous. But the bottom line is that these products work quite well for me and have become a staple in my supplement regimen. I don’t get any bribes for this (from VPX or from the website I recommend), but the cheapest place I have found these supplements is at massnutrition.com.
