What do you need:

  • 1/2 kg. boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed

  • 1 cup sliced ​​fresh mushrooms

  • 4 small potatoes, skinless, diced

  • 2 onions, diced

  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips

  • 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
