Are you struggling to drive traffic to your website? Are you starting to panic after putting in hours and hours of work without seeing any results? If you’re struggling to attract visitors, then you’re probably promoting your website the wrong way. There are numerous traffic building options out there, but these are my favorites:

Traffic building option #1:

Create quality content for readers. Yes, that’s right, for readers and not for search engines. You want those readers to come back for more. Ask them to bookmark your website. Basically, if the content of your website is interesting and full of useful information, the reader will recommend your website to their friends…

Traffic building option #2:

Promote your website in places with relevant topics. So if you have a gardening website, don’t promote it on soccer websites. The idea behind this is to become an authority in your niche. You want to present yourself as an expert in your field. How can you achieve that?

Create useful and meaningful posts on the forums. Search for threads that search for an answer to a specific question, then do some research and provide the answer. Make sure you use niche specific language and don’t make any grammatical mistakes. Also, be sure to put a link to your website in your signature with a strong call to action.

Another way is how to post on popular blogs in your niche. If you want to find popular blogs, just do a Google search: “keyword” +blog. That should give you a list of blogs. Of course, it would be nice to use do-follow blogs as much as possible, but no-follow blogs can also generate traffic.
