Grammy Awards: all behind Beyoncé

Megan Thee Stallion, Taylor Swift, HER, Billie Eilish, Cardi B, Dua Lipa, Britanny Howard, Fiona Apple… Besides Beyoncé of course! Nine singers, nine (young) women who left nothing but crumbs for men (Harry Styles, The Strokes, Nas, Burna Boy, Kanye West…). The 63rd Grammy Awards, Sunday in Los Angeles, wanted to be exemplary by reflecting more than an air of the times but a real groundswell that touches as much on post- # MeToo feminism as on diversity and combat # BlackLivesMatter. Awards ceremonies have for too long been the prerogative of coteries of white men desperate to preserve their power. We saw it last year at the César, it was still the case at the Golden Globes this year. We must not let anything go and in this little game of cleaning, evolution, moralization of the entertainment sector, serving as a model for modern society, it is women, these fighting Amazons who show the example.
