Man in plaster spends 400 euros at the vet, his dog limped to imitate him

Last June, Russel Jones, a Londoner in his forties, was forced to wear a cast and walk on crutches.

A few days later, Russel noticed that his dog was limping too. Simple mimicry or pure coincidence? To be sure, the man and his wife, who appeared on the TV show This Morning, have been to the vet for fear it might be something more serious.

After several exams, the London couple spent around 400 euros only to be told that their dog was limping in mimicry. “The vet noticed that Billy didn’t limp when he was away from me,” the man on the English television set said.
