P90x sucks – This group had poor P90x results

The first time I made P90x, a group of people wanted to do it with me. I’ll tell you right now that not everyone was successful with it. Some were successful and became much healthier, stronger, fitter, and also lost several pounds. However, the rest benefited little and had no results to show when the program ended. In the end there seemed to be a division. One side thought the show was great, while the other said, “P90x sucks!”

What were the defining differences between the group that failed and the two that succeeded? There were several. The first difference was that the group that was not successful complained a lot. They complained about eating healthy, they worried about workouts, they complained every time an exercise made them feel uncomfortable. Let me tell you right now, P90x and exercise in general are uncomfortable! They were negative about the whole program in general. They started out excited, but as soon as things got tough (like in, right after the first workout started), it was like they were trying to convince themselves not to do the workouts and sabotage by transforming their body and changing their life. for the best.

There’s a reason they put the Nutrition Plan book on the show! Many people ask, “Do I have to follow the P90x nutrition plan?” My answer is yes! If you are serious about getting results, you need to eat healthier! The group that failed did not follow the Nutrition Plan. They rationalized that bacon, cookies, sugar-laden cereal, white bread, ice cream, and the rest of the junk they ate so frequently didn’t need to be eliminated. These people honestly thought that because they ate “comfort food,” they were eating healthy. Of course, any outsider would soon realize, after seeing their “homemade” bacon, chicken and mayonnaise sandwiches, that these people were insane thinking that what they were eating was “healthy comfort food”!

If you don’t do the workouts, you won’t see the change! The group that failed did not do Yoga X. They never made it through a single Yoga X session. That particular workout lasts an hour and a half, and they chose not to do it because it was “too hard and too long.” They also chose not to follow any set schedule for training. They would put off workouts until late at night, when then they would say out loud, “I’m too tired to do a workout.” They missed a lot of workouts and on average they would only do 2-3 workouts per week, which pretty much meant they did less than half of the program.

If you want to fail, do what the previous group did, because none of them got any of it. They complained, they were negative, and they were constantly trying to sabotage their own attempt to transform their body and life. They continued to eat unhealthy and only did less than half of the program’s workouts. In the end, they thought the P90x sucked, when in reality, its failure was 100% their fault.
