The Wow Gold Making Guide: The Art of Making Gold in Wow and the Burning Crusade

There are many WoW Gold Crafting Guides that have been outdated since The Burning Crusade was released. There are so many alternative ways to make gold, but there I have found the most profitable ways to make gold. Each method of growing gold seems to result in these categories:

• Grinding
• Auction house
• Professions
• Searching

It was impossible to pan for gold before TBC. Quests are actually a big chunk of any gold income at the moment at level 70. Quests can bring you mountains of gold because most quests include the rewards from both gold hunting and the rewards you get when you deliver the mission. The best thing about missions is that they don’t end! TBC made quests a viable option for gold farming because there is an endless list of quests.

Many people on all servers are still trying to complete all their missions. At the time of writing, we are still 5 months away from the launch of TBC. You can see how many missions there really are and how long it will take to clear your mission log. When you reach level 70, all missions stop giving you experience (simply because you don’t need to gain experience), but instead of experience rewards, you will receive more gold! This gives each player a great incentive to continue their missions beyond level 70.

Professions have been a descendent part of gold gathering since the game began. However, TBC has blown up professions. Jewelry, mining, herbalism, skinning, it’s just 4 professions that made it huge. These are the 4 professions that you can earn the most money with, however, each profession is profitable once you reach a certain level.

Playing at the auction house is still a great way to make money! Fewer people make mistakes because they use Auctioneer. However, there are still things you can do inside the auction house that the auctioneer will never be able to automate. Things like buying all the low-end gear and putting it back up for sale for higher prices!

Also manually searching the auction house to find items that are in very low stock, but in high demand. This includes things like copper, tin, bronze, linen, low-level gems, and twink items. That’s just the beginning of the list because it goes on. You just need to find what your server needs and start growing it!

Grinding is still one of the best ways to make gold. Searching for reputable items to sell is a great way right now, while the guilds are still trying to conquer new content. Everyone will want the best reputation rewards, but most players will be too lazy to farm them. Much like players cultivated for Argent Dawn reputation items, you can do the same at our level 70. Finding Aldor or Scryp items will give you a huge income of gold as people continue to improve their reputation.

Mote’s and Primals play a huge role in the grinding game. Primaries are used in all good crafting recipes at level 70, even some lower ones! Ten motes are required to create a primary. This means that you will have to farm a large number of Motes just to create enough primaries for some recipes. If you understand farming, that’s BIG. This means that the search for specks will never end because players will always want more.

Motes can also be found by gathering professions, making them one step ahead of other professions. They are random drops within herbs and minerals. You will still get your herbs and minerals when you loot them, but you will get a special treat with them!
