  • 4 sea bass fillets

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 1/4 cup lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

In a blender or food processor, combine onion, ginger, cilantro, garlic, chili, olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, and pepper. Pulse until ingredients form a paste.
