An all-in-one digital signage solution is used to reduce deployment time and hassle

The current demand in the digital signage industry to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns, while reducing implementation issues, is being addressed with an all-in-one solution. When planning an installation or deployment, everyone takes the easy way out.

The easy way comes in many forms from ease of installation, ease of maintenance, ease of use, and of course, ease of upgrading at a later date. Everyone wants a solution that will deliver a successful campaign using the easy way, right?

All-in-one systems are easier to sell, as most customers want a complete solution, not multiple components from different vendors, and there are no compatibility issues either.

How does it work?

When implementing any digital signage system in a store, there is always a pre-allocated amount of space for the system to fit in, because shelf space is real estate for a store.

The screens look like a standard LCD screen, however they are a bit deeper, this is due to the on-board computer. It’s easy to install, just unpack the display, mount the display and power on the unit. Because they are a specialized piece of electronics, they are not available at the electronics store later on.

Displays can also be pre-configured with a segmented LCD touchscreen, but this must be done at time of order.

These all-in-one systems are supplied with vandal proof glass on the front of the cabinet so if you accidentally hit them with a shopping cart they will still work and the bump won’t damage the screen, these can last up to 10 years being used 24 hours a day. They also have smart technology that can be scheduled to turn off the unit at the end of the business day and reboot the system just before the store opens and start playing content automatically.

When deployed across multiple store sites, the savings can be immense, due to reductions in call costs, installation costs, and maintenance challenges.
