Brussels: fire kills several people (photos)
The fire is under control. The cause is not yet determined.
Lhe Brussels firefighters intervened on Tuesday morning for a fire in a building in rue de l’Enseignement. Several people were injured. The medical intervention plan was triggered.
The firefighters managed, around 9:30 am, to get all the inhabitants out. A total of eight people are injured, two of them seriously. “They were gathered in the advanced medical post to be transferred to hospitals as they went along,” said Walter Derieuw, spokesperson for the Brussels fire department.
