Not long ago I spoke to someone and they told me that; “I am 47 years old and have lived in the Dallas area for the past 23 years.” And I reminded them that Dallas is a beautiful area, especially the suburbs. 47, well, that makes you one of the last baby boomers, so you are unique and very important to our society to bridge the gap between the differences between generations and as we can see, there are big differences.

The reality is that the most important people in America right now are probably those between the ages of 45 and 48, perhaps the “largest subgeneration” because they are and will be the last of the baby boomers, and it will be sorely needed. for a smooth transition as the torch is passed to the next. Without this group, there will be civil unrest and unrest, radical changes, changes that I do not see for the better.

You see, America has enjoyed one of the largest rises to power in the past 500 years, and due to the constant influx of people who came from elsewhere to build America, the demographics and economic growth was nothing short of staggering. This was a very special group of people who assimilated here, you should be very proud to be among them. I am.

Still, I see a few more challenges ahead, I see problems on the horizon, or should I say; turbulence in the middle. Somehow we are going to need to maintain the order of the systems of our civilization while we make the revolutionary changes that are taking place due to globalization, trade, interlocking economies, cultural clashes, population growth, supply problems. of water, environmental challenges (real not fake), and rapid technological advances that will change everything.

We can do all this, it is not impossible, but if we screw it up, America as we know it will end up being a note in the annals of the history of the great nations that they once were. Consider all of this.
