Business letters are the primary means by which your company would communicate with investors. They should make a great impression of you and your company. In fact, they could be crucial to getting your business off the ground or to your survival.

Business letters need to be understandable, able to communicate exactly what needs to be done, or state the communication very clearly. Without clarity, miscommunication can lead to misunderstandings or worse, failed jobs.
