I was afraid of menopause

I never thought this day would come so soon, but I was groggy when my natural “heavy or heavy” menstrual period was “terrifyingly low.”

I foolishly called my friend telling her that she was close to menopause. This is absurd, but at the time nothing else occurred to me. I just turned 30 and my best friend thinks my biological clock is ticking, now I am faced with this, so I blamed menopause, “that simple” I thought.

Menopause is the period in a woman’s life, when menstrual periods stop permanently and during this time, she cannot conceive because the function of the ovary also ceases.

This process occurs gradually, not overnight, and also varies in the lives of women between the ages of 45 and 55.

I started fabricating unrealistic symptoms in my head, “you can’t imagine”, but the symptoms of menopause include abnormal virgin bleeding, hot flashes, virgin and urinary diseases, among others, according to research.

I thought about the possibilities of this happening now and about so many unimaginable things. I can’t say why I always think of the worst of all situations and this easily makes me angry.

At the time, all I needed was a psychiatrist to dissuade me from this terrifying story.

Further research revealed that hypnosis will help my habit of thinking worse in situations, as this will give me a clearer perspective: “I was not wrong when I said I needed a psychiatrist.”

Forgive me if I panicked, but what was I supposed to do? That “karma” finally caught up with me, because I can remember how much I laughed at a friend’s ignorance, when she had a similar problem in her 20s and blamed it on menopause, “here I am ten years later.”

The investigation continued and here are the reasons for the menstrual abnormality, which I settled for.

He exposed the fact that most women experience abnormal bleeding at some point, it can be long / short periods, heavy or light periods or even missed periods and this is due to hormonal imbalance.

Hormonal imbalance can increase due to drastic weight changes, vigorous exercise, excessive stress, or even as a side effect of some medications.

Although, early menopause in women can occur before the age of 40, but it can be caused by certain medical treatments or it can be genetic.

What a scare I gave myself! After all, I still have time, knowing that my biological clock was perfect is a relief.

… and as I hope to live life to the best of my ability … I pray that I grow old gracefully.
