Is it true that women who skip breakfast are more likely to conceive a girl?

I recently heard of a woman who was trying to get pregnant and desperately wanted a girl. She had read that women who eat breakfast are more likely to have baby boys. She wanted to know if this information was true, and if it was, did this mean that she should skip breakfast to increase her chances of having a daughter? I will tell you my opinion about it in the next article.

There is a small study that indicated that breakfast foods (such as cereals) made baby boys slightly more likely to: You had probably read an article about a recent British study that seemed to indicate that women who ate more calories and ate cereal for breakfast had a slightly higher chance of conceiving a boy. However, with that said, this was a somewhat small study. There were only 740 participants in the study, and the ratio of boys to girls was not that significant. Specifically, 56% of the women had boys and 45% girls. Boys were slightly more likely than women to consume more calories and eat more cereal for breakfast. But then again, the stats weren’t that amazing here, at least in my opinion.

So should you skip breakfast if you want a baby girl or eat a big breakfast if you want a boy? Well, it probably wouldn’t hurt to incorporate grains into your diet if you’re trying to have a boy, but I wouldn’t recommend skipping breakfast if you’re trying to get pregnant. And the extra calories may well have been the most important variable in women who were more likely to conceive boys. There was no proven correlation, at least in my opinion, with skipping breakfast.

It is said that if you want a boy, it is advisable to eat a diet rich in alkaline foods. And, it may be important to mention here that some cereals are made up of grains like rice and oats that tend to become alkaline. These non-acidic foods are favorable for the Y or boy producing sperm chromosomes.

But if you want a girl, where does that leave you? Well, you could certainly eat a breakfast made up of acidic foods instead. Being acidic is more favorable for the X or the girl to produce sperm. Eggs are acidic and could be a good option. Coffee, blueberries and toast are also possible. So my suggestion would be don’t skip breakfast if you want a daughter, but choose a breakfast that is acidic instead of alkaline.

Diet and breakfast is not the only variable to consider when it comes to the gender of the baby: While it seems like being mindful of your breakfast and calorie intake may be something you want to think about when it comes to the gender of your baby, it’s certainly not the only thing. While her acidity and PH can influence whether she has a boy or a girl, so does her timing and the sexual positions she uses during conception. The early time would favor a daughter and the late time would favor a son.

In short, there are at least three variables to consider when it comes to making sure you conceive a baby girl or a boy. Breakfast is just one of them.
