So what exactly is this mystery diet you’re wondering about? Is it really any different than Atkins, Weight Watchers, Nutri-System, bodybuilding diets, or any other (aka frustrating) calorie counting “system” that actually prevents you from enjoying a lot of food, while eating (ie savoring ) ) and after (ie, a great feeling in the stomach), and without any guilt (ie, desserts… Those are really good for you!)?

I’ll tell you what you haven’t been told and 10 reasons why you definitely need to try this diet. The diet is called the “raw food diet.” With this revolutionary diet, you can eat ice cream, chocolate, pizza, literally whatever you want!

The only catch:

1. It should not be cooked.
2. It should not contain processed sugars, starches or anything that is not whole.
3. Must not contain meat
4. Must not contain dairy

By now, you must be saying to yourself, “Oh my gosh. That’s so hard!” Well, a big surprise awaits you.

No! It’s actually not that difficult. Once you go “raw”, you never go back! You won’t miss your old favorites because you’ll be able to replicate the same recipes… Except, raw and packed with nutrients that enhance energy, build muscle, shed fat, and beautify skin.

There are literally identical copies of any cooked food that can be made raw. Any meat dish, any dairy product, any processed sugar… Literally anything can be duplicated… If not upgraded! Plus, when you “cook” or rather “uncook” on a raw vegan diet, you retain nutrients, minerals, enzymes, colors, and you’ll actually spend less time in the kitchen!
