Once you get up in the morning, before having any other food or drink, take about 1.5 liters of water and heat it until it is lukewarm enough. make sure it’s not too hot, otherwise you won’t be able to drink it. For the water in a glass and drink it together. In case you can’t drink it all, take as much as possible and then wait a bit and then finish the rest. Then, take another glass and finish it. Repeat this until all the water is used up.

In case you feel too full in your stomach, wait 3-4 minutes and then drink more water. Initially it may be difficult to drink 1.5 liters of water but (at least drink about 1 liter on the first day. Over the course of the next few days take the amount up to 1.5 liters.

Practicing water therapy for a few weeks would help eliminate many constipation problems.

You can add lemon juice if you also want to lose weight. Including ginger while heating also adds flavor and helps easier drinking and also improves digestion.

Do not take anything else for at least half an hour after you finish drinking the water.

You may need to urinate more often for the first few weeks, but there is nothing to worry about. After a while you would urinate normally, although in greater quantities.
