Sexual Abuse: How to Get Your Life Back
I heard and read today that many people are struggling with flashbacks. They may see them as part of images, pure negative emotions and it doesn’t make them feel comfortable at all.
These are flashbacks of intimate rapes during her childhood.
My approach is to explain here how I understand the whole concept of flashbacks. I am a person like the other readers who visit this place; I have my story, my problems and I work on myself the best I can.
For example, flashbacks appear in your mind and you have no idea what it could be. So you ask yourself: when did it all happen, what is the first memory I experienced?
You may get the answer in a dream or remember something soon.
You may have no idea what is going on in your mind. It means that the real problem, or the whole memory trauma, is deep within you.
They bothered you, for example. Something bad happened in the past that tattooed you into thousands of pieces.
Domestic abuse is unfortunately the common problem these days. Those who did it with children, adolescents or adults are those who have been hurt and traumatized in the past. They abuse others in a deep unconscious trance state.
The result is suffering. Your mind is too distracted to live in the present moment and you can’t start doing something new.
In other words, the body, mind and spirit are lacking in vital energy. It is an exhausting experience to have negative feelings of abuse. Sadness, depression, rejection, shame, guilt kill you.
It’s all toxic. Someone hurts you, and those feelings live inside of you. You do not know the time and place where they appear. So, the present life is impossible.
For example, you are visiting a friend who has a house similar to yours. There is similar furniture that you had in your family home. And boom: your flashbacks appear like a torpedo.
Abuse is a tricky topic. There is too much to do. Every scenario is a little different from other people, but the negativity remains the same. Because so much is going on inside of you, it’s hard to handle it all, be okay, and live in the present moment.
If flashback or broken images are on your mind, you are ready to face the truth. I know the truth hurts, but this is the only way to solve the problem.
Now, there is a way to get rid of negativity forever without persuading your mind to do it. I know of a modality that helps deal with that. What you believed in the past, persists. But you may be ready to accept a challenge (flashbacks are your indicator that now is the time to do so).
If you do that, there is a chance that your life energy will return to you.
I am sure that it is not the best time in life to remember those dramatic events. It is quite unpleasant to think and feel those uncomfortable and painful memories.
Past abuse cannot give you back the energy to be happy. It doesn’t help a person to be a self-confident adult who feels great and lives the way he wants.
Many people are not yet ready to face the unhappy drama of their past, but each person must make their decision.
In the perfect world, whatever happens to humans shouldn’t have any impact on them.
