Sonic Triple Trouble is a sonic game that consists of six zones, divided into six acts. In each act, you will play as Sonic or Tails. There is not much difference between the character of Sonic and Tails, except that certain moves and device power-ups are unique to one character. The rings in the third act of each zone may be a bit hidden. Rings can be found at all events. Rings can increase your health. If you have rings, you won’t be killed so easily by a hit. However, you can die if you fall off the screen, drown, and times out. If you are hit by an enemy in zones 1, 2 and 6, you will lose 30 rings.

There are many power-ups in this game, including Super Ring, Invincibility, Speed Shoes, Check point, 1-Up, and Clock. The Super Ring looks like a ring. Invincibility will make you invincible. Speed shoes look like a red running shoe and can increase your character’s running speed. The checkpoint looks like a red arrow and allows you to save the game there. 1-Up gives your character an extra life. The watch can only be viewed in special stages.

If you are hit by an enemy in Act 1, you will lose 50 rings. If you are hit by an enemy while you have less than 30 or 50 rings, you will lose all the rings. If they hit you and you don’t have rings, you will die. When you die, you will automatically go back to the beginning of the act. This becomes an exception if you have triggered a Check Point power-up. At the beginning of the game, you have four lives. If you lose all lives during the game, you can still continue if you have more left. You start the game with four lives. You will receive another continuation each time you earn 50,000 points. If you choose to continue the game, you will return to the beginning of the last act. If you don’t have more, continue, the game will be over and you will have to restart the game.
