A shake that contains dairy is similar to a vegetable shake, although the latter typically has less fruit and often has ice cream or frozen yogurt.

As you can tell by the definition, you sure can do a lot with the ingredients you choose to put in your smoothie. But not all ingredients mix well. Sour fruits like grapefruit and other citrus pineapples, pomegranates, sour apples, plums, strawberries, and tomatoes do not pair well with sweet fruits like grapes, prunes, and dates. Blue Razzy Smoothie

Ingredients

1 banana

16 whole almonds

1/4 cup rolled oats

1 tablespoon. linseed meal

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup raspberry yogurt

1/4 cup Concord grape juice

1 cup 1% buttermilk
