Thinking of buying Nuwave Oven?

Although this kitchen appliance does not cost a bomb, some who are contemplating buying the Nuwave Oven may be hesitant simply because there are doubts as to whether this purchase is worth it.

While I can’t vouch for the accuracy of others’ opinions on this product, I can certainly share the experience I’ve had since purchasing it about six months ago.

Why did I decide for it?

One of the first things that struck me was the fact that the oven, for its size, does not take up much space. I live in an apartment where the kitchen is not much to talk about. And yet, this is where I prefer to whip up some quick meals when I get back from work (usually around 8pm).

How the oven helps

Despite the fatigue, I do my best to cook healthy meals that are quick and easy to prepare. Most of the time, the Nuwave Oven comes into the picture. I no longer hesitate to copy recipes if I find something I like, as long as I can make it in the oven.

I don’t really fry things anymore, I prefer grilling. I hate to think about the amount of work that goes into frying, say, chicken. To elaborate, cleaning up after frying over the stovetop was a total chore, not to mention the smell that permeates my attached living room.

I never thought of it this way, but having the oven gave me more time to really enjoy my food without the stress of a massive cleanup afterwards. You see, since I mainly cook for two, I can easily put the main course and side dishes (most often vegetables) together in the oven and in a few minutes, clever – The dinner is ready!

unfounded concern

One of my concerns before buy Nuwave oven was if I needed to buy additional utensils to cook with this oven.

I dont need. I used the Pyrex ones I had and also sometimes I only put frozen food in their original foil trays if I was in a hurry. I felt like I shouldn’t be doing this, but hey, there are times when time isn’t on my side. Yes, it is reportedly safe to use aluminum foil in this oven, but I try not to make it a rule (especially after reading something that says excessive use of aluminum foil can cause cancer).

When using any oven, it’s worth a little effort to use the right cookware. And for me, this oven has been good…so far.

As stated above, I can’t vouch for what others have said about this oven, but for the price, I think it’s really a bargain. My only regret is that I didn’t get it sooner.
