What is the tissue paper making process with the tissue paper napkin making machine?

Tissue paper manufacturing is a feasible and financially viable project because it has high profits and less investment. The manufacturing unit setup can be a small or large scale business. In other words, a person can start a tissue paper manufacturing business with little investment and can expand the structure whenever they want. It is a new revolution in the paper industry because the use of paper is increasing rapidly. There are many countries that have banned polythene bags and accepted paper as a substitute. The world is accepting paper bags, toilet paper rolls, tissues, face towels, paper towels and much more quite easily. This is shaping the paper industry and providing employment for many people.

Before establishing a manufacturing unit, a business person must understand the manufacturing process of the product.

The tissue paper manufacturing process includes the following steps:

Pulp and dye: This is the initial step to produce a fine and smooth product. First, a person needs to create a paper pulp that can be easily generated from the recycled substances. The fiber from the prepared mix will then be combined with the wood pulp. The process continues with the bleaching and washing of the fiber. After the fiber is bleached and washed, it is placed in a mixing tank where the manufacturer adds dye to give it a beautiful color. The tissue paper used for the home is usually white in color.

Pressing: This step is done to squeeze out the extra moisture present in the pulp, which is done by the tissue making machine. The main goal of the pressing process is to make the pulp dry and easy to move on to the next step in the process.

progressive: The machines have an air drying system that dries the pulp through the dryer using steam. The roller evaporates the moisture from the pulp with excessive heat and the fine blades of the machine scrape the fiber to the desired thickness.

Cutting and winding: This is the last stage of the process in which the long, ready-to-process material is cut into the desired sizes, which are the end product of the production process.

The final product is packaged and stored in warehouses under appropriate conditions. Tissue napkin making machine manufacturers designed the machine to provide all functions at once. The machine is available in a semi-automatic or fully automatic version to facilitate the process.
