3 Campfire Sandwich Recipes You Can’t Miss

Campfire Pizza Sandwich

What do you need:

  • 1 english muffin
  • 3 pieces. sliced ​​pepperoni
  • pizza sauce
  • grated mozzarella cheese
  • cooking spray

Cut English muffin in half and spread desired amount of pizza sauce on each cut side. Sprinkle with desired amount of mozzarella cheese. Arrange pepperoni slices on one muffin slice and top with the other half to form a sandwich.

Spray a cake pan with cooking spray, then place the muffin sandwich inside. Close and cook over a campfire for 4 to 6 minutes. per side or to desired doneness. Chill a few minutes before serving.

What do you need:

  • 2 slices of pullman bread
  • 3 tablespoons chili
  • 2 tablespoons of grated spicy cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon minced sweet onion
  • 1 teaspoon diced sweet pickles

Spread chili on both slices of bread. Sprinkle both with sharp cheese and cheddar cheese, then top with onions and pickles. Put the two slices together to create a sandwich. You can place the sandwich in a sandwich press or griddle over a campfire or wrap it in heavy-duty foil on a grill. Heat only for 2-3 minutes!
